Mat 1-2
Classic Mat work exercises broken down with precision and an explanation of the How, What and Why of movement.

Traditional Reformer exercises will be taught during these two segments and broken down with great detail. From Fascia and how it relates to movement, to neurological events, bone rhythms, emotional anatomy and breath patterns, will also be covered.
This course is PMA compliant.
