Classes and Benefits
Classes
Classes are designed for a particular level of client, working with others, to receive a total-body workout in 55 minutes. Classes are designated by Reformer Levels 1-3, Circuit Training, Sports Specific, and Movement Therapy.
If you have never trained with us before, we ask that you take a private first to determine which class is best for you.

Benefits
Our main belief is that all bodies can do and will benefit from Pilates. Pilates is a safe and effective method for rehabilitation, pre and post-surgery, that focuses on balanced neuromuscular strength. Breathe control, mindfulness, and concentration all benefit to improve overall health. Our training method is very detailed in teaching you your body’s ability to use proper biomechanics in the studio and daily life.
